आज फिर वेग्या अंधेरु
लोग सदनी नई राई
पहाड़ो माँ बाघ लग्यु
पर सरकार थे होश नई आयी
म्यरा भी वाला खेत बंजर
पर होल कते नि लगायी
अब बेचणु छो पुस्तैनी पहाड़ो थे
चार बाई छे क कमरा लेनकुन
आज पहाड़ो माँ पलायन छो चिलानु
पर खुद पलायन करि गया इ
सोच सोचिक छो आज कविता लिखणु
क्योकि हकीकत से डोर लग ग्या इ
आज फिर वेग्या अंधेरु
लोग सदनी नई राई
Today, darkness has fallen again
People are still not understanding.
A tiger has appeared in the mountains
But the government hasn't come to its senses
My fields too have become barren
But no one has bothered to cultivate them
Now we are forced to sell our ancestral mountains
To buy a four-by-six-foot room
Today, migration is rampant in the mountains
But those who should be helping have themselves migrated
I am writing this poem after much thought
Because I have become detached from reality
Today, darkness has fallen again
People are still not understanding
